Rigo Spanish Italian restaurant

I only visited this location once, so this is my first impression with Rigo. Went there on a weekday for lunch, it wasn't crowded. Rigo waitresses/manager are friendly to interact. Rigo atmosphere is excellent for socializing, high ceilings and nicely decorated, impressive wine cellar on the second floor. I ordered the pesto cream spaghetti with shrimp and broccoli and paella. Excellent food presentation. The spaghetti was a little dry for my taste. The paella was fine. I do recommend giving it a try and experiencing the atmosphere/food, online reservation highly recommend. Your trip won't be wasted because Leonard's Bakery is right down the street.

Had an amazing date night with some delicious food! I ordered oysters, a caesar, calamari fritti, and the carbonara. All so yummy!! And thank you trinity for your kind and sweet service! We will definitely come back for the food and our amazing waitress!

Absolutely perfect dining experience - Highly recommend this restaurant! Delicious food reasonably priced with excellent service in a comfortable atmosphere. I came here with my wife for a dinner reservation. The parking Valet greeted us as we turned into the lot. We checked in and were seated right away - our table was ready for our reserved time. The wait staff were friendly and attentive. We ordered appetizers - Taco Pincho De Cerdo and the Crostini - both were delicious with the perfect blend of flavors and texture. I ordered the Chicken Shoyu Butter Spaghetti - it was light and flavorful - I was not very hungry, but I devoured it and enjoyed every bite!! My wife ordered the Chicken & Mushroom Caldoso - it takes at least 30 minutes to prepare as indicated on the menu. The Caldoso came hot in a cauldron with a ladle. It was also delicious with a texture similar to saucy rice. We topped off dinner sharing a Crema Catalina - a light custard with a caramelized top - very satisfying if you love custards that are not "eggy" or overly sweet. Overall, it was an amazing night and will definitely return. Thank you !

This building has changed purpose and ownership a few times. The latest version is very appealing with interesting and eclectic decor (lighting, seating, art). I wanted to love this place because I love small plates that allow you to try lots of things. Although the menu is very large, I only found the seasonal menu to be interesting. The value for price is not great. Our favorite was the pork belly “sushi” which had the shape of it but was totally different. 5-stars. The uni/squid ink pasta was 4-stars. The scallop/fish combo was 3-stars. The basque cheesecake was 4-stars. Service was friendly but seemed stretched thin by 8pm.

Only 1 item we ordered I did not care for that had a high acidity from the tomatoes. Some people may like but not for my taste. Steak was better than most steak houses. The sommelier was a bit wordy but aren't they all. His selection was on point though. Everything was excellent even the staff. I will come back.

I'm still dreaming about the carbonara with portabella fritta until now... When it was time for dessert I ordered another carbonara LOL Don't get me wrong the desserts were still very delicious, I'm not even a sweetie and I thought they were very good I'm actually a savory and so i opted for a savory dessert of carbonara I few dishes we tried included: Paella Negra - this is a delicious squid ink paella I never had anything like this before and I will order this again and again Crostini - like a Charcuterie Amuse-bouche, so darn yummmm pulpo, Mushroom pizza Vongole clams, carbonara with portabella fritto - omg omg omg this was by far my most favorite carbonara pasta I have ever tasted anywhere! I had to get 2 orders Lol bolognese Tiramisu It was a great ambiance with beautiful interiors and even beautiful venue for parties or work events! We were a group & we had reservations; now I need to come back and bring my family to try it!
